These guidelines are designed to ensure a positive experience for all clients, making Hive by Zen Studios a professional, collaborative, and inspiring creative space.

General Studio RulesBooking Confirmation All sessions must be booked and confirmed in advance, booking can be done online via the website www.hivebyzen.com. 100% payment is required to secure your booking. Bookings made for Sundays will incur an additional 50% charge on the original booking fee. Cancellation Policy Cancellations should be made at least 72 hours in advance. Cancellations within 48 hours incur a 50% fee, and cancellations less than 24 hours in advance will not be refunded. There are no refunds for unused time. Punctuality Please arrive on time for your session. Your booked time includes setup and breakdown, so it’s important to plan accordingly to avoid overtime charges. Overtime Fees Overtime applies if you require extra time to move things, load/unload. Your booking starts from the time you book, not at the time of your arrival. Overtime is billed in 30-minute increments and must be paid at the end of the session. Please inform staff in advance if you anticipate needing extra time, as it will be subject to availability. Please note that overtime fees past 8pm will incur an additional 50% surcharge.

Studio EtiquetteRespect the Space Keep the studio clean and organised. Dispose of any waste in designated bins and leave the space as you found it. A cleaning fee will be charged if the studio is left in poor condition. Noise Control Please keep noise at a moderate level to respect other clients and neighbouring studios. Loud music or disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated. When the studios are booked by different clients at the same time, music will be managed and controlled by our staff to ensure a comfortable experience for everyone. Food and Beverages Food and drinks are allowed only in designated areas, such as the lounge or kitchenette. Any spills must be cleaned up immediately. Alcohol consumption is prohibited unless approved for specific events. Equipment and Props Usage Handle all studio equipment and props with care. Return items to their original location after use. Any damage caused to equipment or props will be billed to the client responsible. Guest Policy Each booking includes a limited number of guests. Please inform studio staff in advance if you expect additional guests, as extra fees may apply.

Parking and AccessibilityParking Arrangements Limited parking spaces are available on-site. However, street parking is available around the facility. Please coordinate with studio staff for parking arrangements. Carpooling or ride-sharing is encouraged for larger groups. Accessibility Needs The studio is accessible by wheelchair. If you or any of your guests have specific accessibility needs, please inform studio staff in advance so we can ensure a comfortable experience.

Client Interaction and ConductProfessional Courtesy Hive by Zen Studios is a collaborative environment. Show respect and courtesy to all clients, staff, and visitors. Privacy and Confidentiality Respect the privacy of other clients and refrain from entering occupied spaces or disturbing ongoing sessions. Health and Safety Hand sanitizers are provided throughout the studio. If you or any guests are feeling unwell, please reschedule your session for a later date to maintain a safe environment for all. Non-Smoking Policy The studio is a strictly non-smoking space. Smoking is not allowed inside any area of the studio, including restrooms and lounges.

Content and Media UsagePermission for Content Sharing By using the studio, you consent to Hive by Zen Studios using images or videos taken on the premises for promotional purposes. Notify us in writing if you prefer not to have your content shared. Personal Belongings Hive by Zen Studios is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Please keep personal belongings secure, and do not leave valuables unattended. Copyright and Intellectual Property It is the responsibility of clients to ensure that all content created in the studio complies with copyright laws and intellectual property rights.

Damages and Additional ChargesDamage Fees Clients are responsible for any damages caused to studio property, equipment, or furnishings. Charges will apply based on the extent of damage and repair/replacement costs. Extra Cleaning Fees A standard cleaning fee applies to all bookings, but additional charges will be assessed if excessive cleaning is required. Extended Setup and Teardown Please factor in setup and teardown time within your booked session. Extra fees apply if significant setup or cleanup is needed outside of your reserved time.
